Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Strategy, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- +1 year of experience in CRM and/or Digitalization desirable in the Automotive/Finance industry.
- Strong digital and technical skills, with familiarity in CRM concepts, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools e.g., Excel, Power BI is preferred.
- Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in English.
