Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
