Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Business, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous internship, SIWES, laboratory, or relevant industry experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills (especially for Food & Beverage and Cosmetics roles)
- Passion for the specific industry area (customer experience, food innovation, or cosmetics QA/QC)
