Requirements
- BA/BSC/HND
- 1-5 years of professional experience in FX sales, corporate banking, or the fintech sector with a proven track record of successful client acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of payment rails, cross-border payment mechanisms, and complex hedging strategies for business clients.
- Strong existing network within the Nigerian corporate and SME landscape, capable of driving rapid market entry.
- Demonstrated excellence in high-stakes negotiation, with the ability to manage multiple complex client relationships simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite for data-driven sales management.
- Ability to operate effectively within a hybrid work model while maintaining consistent productivity and output.
