The Outlet Concept Manager (OCM) will oversee the daily operations and performance of a Furniture Showroom. This role involves sales leadership, showroom management, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while adhering to brand standards.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Good reporting and IT competence.
- Knowledge of showroom management and visual merchandising is an advantage.
- Eye for design, detail, and presentation.
