AnchorBridge Consulting is looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join their growing team. This full-time remote role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6 years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go.
Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows.
Experience with Docker and containerization is an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
Knowledge of caching technologies and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Kubernetes is an added advantage.
Experience building scalable and distributed systems.
