Ascentech is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary to ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements. This role involves advising Executive Management and the Board on legal matters and managing corporate records.

Requirements

LL.B. and Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) with a valid licence to practise in Nigeria.
Membership of the Chartered Governance Institute of Nigeria (CGI Nigeria/ICSAN) is an advantage.
Minimum of 8–10 years' post-call legal experience, with at least 5 years as a Company Secretary or in a corporate governance role.
Strong knowledge of CAMA, Nigerian corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector and dealing with CAC, NAFDAC, and SON is an added advantage.
