We’re seeking a high-performing mid-level Backend Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and experience building robust, secure, and scalable backend systems. You’ll work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to design and maintain APIs and services that power onDgo’s core products.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional backend development experience
Experience using Kafka, Hangfire, RabbitMQ
Experience building backend services with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core)
Solid experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience with authentication, authorization, and API security
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Ability to work independently and take ownership of backend features
Experience working on fintech, travel, or transaction-based platforms (Added advantage)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Experience with message queues, caching, or background jobs
Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.)
Prior startup or fast-paced product environment experience is a plus
