We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries, reservations, complaints, and service requests while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant operations, or reservations is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge is an advantage.
- Applicants living close to Victoria Island are preferred.
