Requirements
- BSc Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- For Digital Collections Team Lead: Minimum of two years’ experience in a bank collections & recoveries center.
- For Information Technology Finance Analyst: 1-3 years experience in cost management, financial reporting, financial analysis, data insights and analysis, business management, project management, and procurement.
- For Information Technology Finance Analyst: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (especially Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI), strong analytical, communication, data analytics, and presentation skills.
- For Information Technology Finance Analyst: Ability to use AI and other tools to drive efficiency and reporting.
