The ARES Scholarship offers an incredible opportunity to pursue advanced bachelor's or master's degrees, or continuing education courses, within a higher education institution of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, Belgium. This fully funded scholarship covers tuition fees, travel, monthly expenses, and more.
Requirements
- Be a permanent resident and work in one of the 32 eligible countries. Exception: Palestinian nationals are eligible even if they do not reside in one of these 32 countries.
- Hold a graduate degree and meet the admission requirements for the program. Applicants must have earned the relevant academic degree no more than 20 years prior to the start of the program. This maximum time limit is extended by one year for each childbirth and/or adoption.
- Demonstrate at least two years of relevant professional experience, in one of the 32 eligible countries, between the completion of the most recent graduate degree and the application deadline.
- Complete the application in the language in which the program is taught and demonstrate a good command of that language, both written and spoken. In addition, a basic knowledge of French facilitates integration into daily life in Belgium.
