The HTW Berlin, Germany's largest university of applied sciences, is offering fully funded DAAD MIDE Scholarships to qualified international students for their 18-month Master’s degree programme in International and Development Economics (MIDE).
Requirements
- Come from a developing country
- Have at least two years of professional experience since graduation, but should not have graduated more than six years ago.
- Have obtained a first university degree with 180 ECTS (or equivalent).
- Have taken at least 15 ECTS in Economics (3 modules in Economics for applicants from abroad).
- Meet the English Language requirements for postgraduate study at the university
Benefits
- Monthly payments of 934 euros
- Payments towards health, accident, and personal liability insurance cover
- Travel allowance, unless these expenses are covered by the home country or another source of funding
- Monthly rent subsidy (under certain circumstances)
- Monthly allowance for accompanying members of family (under certain circumstances)
