About this opportunity

Jumia is looking for an IT Support Staff to join their team in Isolo, Lagos on a contract basis. This role offers the chance to provide essential IT assistance and troubleshoot various technical issues.

What you need

OND, HND or BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum of 1–2 years IT support experience
Good knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN)
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage
