About this opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused AI Evaluator to assess, review, and evaluate AI-generated outputs across a wide range of tasks and domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking abilities, excellent written communication skills, and experience using Residential Proxy tools. As an AI Evaluator, you will play a key role in improving the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI systems by assessing responses, identifying weaknesses, and providing evidence-based evaluations.
What you need
- Attention to Detail (Ability to identify subtle differences in wording, formatting, accuracy, omissions, repetition, and instruction adherence)
- Critical Thinking (Strong reasoning skills to determine whether responses are logical, complete, accurate, and well-structured)
- Instruction-Following Evaluation (Ability to assess whether AI-generated outputs correctly followed prompts, constraints, tone requirements, and formatting instructions)
- Domain Knowledge (General understanding of writing, coding, logic, mathematics, research, and image interpretation)
- Pattern Recognition (Ability to identify recurring trends, strengths, weaknesses, and quality issues across AI-generated responses)
- Bias and Quality Judgment (Capability to objectively evaluate outputs while identifying misleading information, bias, inappropriate content, or tone issues)
- Analytical Writing and Justification (Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain evaluation decisions clearly using evidence-based reasoning)
- Familiarity with Residential Proxy tools is mandatory
- Strong English reading comprehension and writing skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Prior experience in AI evaluation, quality assurance (QA), data annotation, research, content moderation, or related fields is an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent evaluation quality
- Comfortable working independently and managing workload effectively
What's included
- Overtime Pay: ₦30,000 for every additional 10 hours worked
